Sayed Fazil, Founder & CEO
Maxiva was shaped by the life and vision of its founder, Sayed Fazil, whose desire to help people began at a young age.
From teaching and community service to nonprofit work, public-sector leadership, international development, and technology transformation, Sayed Fazil saw firsthand the impact mission-driven organizations can have when they get the right support.
He also saw a common challenge: many organizations want to do more, but they are limited by outdated technology, disconnected systems, manual processes, poor data, limited marketing support, and the high cost of hiring the right expertise.
